    Order processing, delivery, and shipping, & handling charges

      All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

 

    Standard orders

     Standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day.

- All shipping rates are determined by courier and not by OVO LASH.

- Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.

 

    Shipping Details

Ground

   The cost depends on location. (2-7 business days as it goes on a semi-truck) 

2-day

    2-3 business days via UPS. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight

     1-2 business days via FedEx and UPS. The cost depends on location. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

International

      3-7 business days via UPS/DHL Express. The cost depends on location. All International shipping costs are through DHL and UPS.  Shipping costs include all duties and fees. Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. International orders cannot be expedited.

Estimated Delivery Dates

      We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as OVO LASH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

      Note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

     Overnight and 2-Day shipping methods are unavailable for U.S. Territories and specific locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

     Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

     You are responsible for verifying the shipping address and may be charged in case of invalid address costs.

     In rare cases that a package is refused and shipped back to OVO LASH , the items must be received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, and we will refund the customer for the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees billed by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Lost or Stolen Package

     We offer OVO LASH shipping protection in the event that your package is lost or stolen.  Shipping insurance must be purchase at the time of the order for your package to be refunded, or shipped out again by OVO LASH.  Please follow the following guidelines before reporting your package lost or stolen.  

Lost - stuck in transit

  • Domestic: The reported issue will be approved no earlier than 5 days and no later than 30 days from the last shipping update. 
  • International: The reported issue will be approved no earlier than 20 days, and no later than 30 days from the last shipping update. 

*Customers can report an issue early but will be asked to wait. We will try and assist you in finding your package during this time.  

Stolen - marked as delivered

  • The issue will be approved no earlier than 1 days, and no later than 5 days from when the order was marked delivered. 
  • Stolen orders over $200 USD will require a police report. 

Damaged

  • Depending on the reported damage, the issue may be approved with photos of the damaged package and item, no later than 10 days from when order was marked delivered. 

When a claim is within the timeframes above, the issue should be solved within 48 hrs. 

Product Availability

    We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

Order & Changes

     To serve you better, ovolash.com  will process your order immediately after you click the “Place Order” button. If the order was placed before 2:00 pm MST, you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order without being charged.
